About Ruthe

Ruthe Workcuff is now in her 30th year at Swope Health Services. Ruthe is a Mental Health Case Manager who helps consumers navigate in the community. She also works with The RESPECT Institute, which trains mental health consumers to share their stories of illness, treatment and recovery through respect and sometime disrespect. She has been teaching Mental Health First Aid for two years and believes that the class can help us all have more respect for people dealing with issues. Ruthe is also a chaplain with her husband, Galen Workcuff at the Center for Behavioral Health, formerly known as Western MO Mental Health Center.
